All returns, refunds, or exchanges are subject to review on a case by case basis to insure that you are given the personal attention that you deserve.
We are NOT responsible for any damage caused by the shipping carrier, however we may be able to assist in the claim process.
We are also NOT responsible for any damage caused to your order as a result of severe weather. If temperatures near you are below 45℉ we highly recommend adding a Heat Pack to your order.
If temperatures where you live will be much lower than 20℉ even heat packs may not work.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We package and ship all of our orders each week from Monday-Wednesday and may delay your shipment to minimize any unnecessary days in transit.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
