This Echinopsis Pachanoi (Formerly known as Trichocereus Pachanoi) cutting is shipped already treated with rooting powder, callused and ready to pot. It’s a fast growing columnar cactus that can grow up to 12 inches a season. Native to the Andes Mountains in South America, Echinopsis Pachanoi, commonly known as San Pedro Cactus, is a tall and robust cactus species
Echinopsis Pachanoi is known for its unique ribbed stems, which are typically green but can display various shades of blue or gray.
Light: Full Sun
Water: Only when dry.
Native: Andes Mountains
Please pot it up in a very well draining cactus soil mix or pick up a bag of our Custom Cactus Mix.

San Pedro Cactus
I ordered two cacti which arrived in perfect condition, but which developed black spots when planted that grew until the cuttings were ruined. Apparently, they need to be rooted in dry cactus mix, mine had some moisture. Kessler's replaced my cuttings and they are now doing well, so I am pleased.

San Pedro
This could be a little early for me to review since I’ve never planted some thing that was shipped without roots. I can say though the cactus itself looked very healthy and larger than I was expecting. Potting it up was easier than my rooted cacti and seems to enjoy it’s new home. I’m excited to watch it grow with the rest of my collection.
