This cactus was sent from Florida to Illinois in beautiful and perfect condition with a personal hand written note from the owner Ben. . I was so excited and satisfied and pleased. I called the owner Ben and he actually answered the phone and answered all my questions and gave me wonderful advice about my cactus . The cactus upon arrival exceeded expectations. They even added a bonus item to the order . They made ordering simple and delivered the cactus in a few days of the order being placed.
