Euphorbia ammak ‘Variegata’
Common Name: Variegated Arabian Euphorbia
A true showstopper, Euphorbia ammak ‘Variegata’ is a striking succulent tree native to the Arabian Peninsula. Its upright, candelabra-like structure is painted with creamy yellow and green marbled striping, giving it a sculptural, almost surreal appearance. This rare variegated form is slower-growing but highly sought after for its dramatic silhouette and coloration.
Perfect for large containers or dry landscapes, it’s a sun-loving giant that brings desert elegance with minimal upkeep. Just be careful—it’s a Euphorbia, so the sap is toxic and should be handled with care.
☀ Light Requirements
Full sun to bright light. Needs strong light to maintain vibrant variegation. Indoors, place near a south-facing window or under grow lights.
💧 Watering Needs
Very drought-tolerant. Water deeply but infrequently. Allow soil to dry out completely between waterings. Reduce water in winter.
🌡 Temperature Tolerance
Cold-sensitive. Best kept above 40°F (4°C). Hardy in USDA zones 10–11. Protect from frost. For cold climates, overwinter indoors or use [Heat Pack] when shipping.
✨ Special Features
• Stunning Variegation – Cream, yellow, and green marbled ribs
• Architectural Form – Tall, upright growth with few branches
• Drought-Resistant – Thrives on neglect once established
