Gasteria 'Fuji' is a rare and elegant variegated cultivar prized for its bold contrast and compact, architectural form. Thick, tongue-shaped leaves emerge in fan-like rows, marked with creamy white to pale yellow vertical striping that stands out beautifully against the dark green background. The smooth, waxy surface of the leaves and slow, symmetrical growth give this variety a refined, almost ornamental feel.
Perfect for small-space displays, collectors' shelves, or indoor succulent arrangements, Gasteria 'Fuji' is as low-maintenance as it is eye-catching. Like most Gasterias, it prefers a bit of shade and thrives in neglect.
☀ Light Requirements
Prefers bright, indirect light or dappled shade. Variegation may fade or scorch under harsh, direct sunlight—morning sun is fine, but avoid strong afternoon rays.
💧 Watering Needs
Water when the soil is completely dry. This drought-tolerant species is sensitive to overwatering, so err on the dry side. Reduce watering in winter or dormancy.
🌡 Temperature Tolerance
Hardy to around 30–35°F in dry conditions. Protect from hard frost. For colder areas or winter orders, we recommend adding a [Heat Pack].

If temperatures near you are below 45℉ we highly recommend adding a Heat Pack to your order.
If temperatures where you live will be much lower than 20℉ even heat packs may not work. You may consider waiting until things warm up a bit. We know you love your plants just like we do and we wouldn't want any of them to freeze.
