Sansevieria ballyi is a small perennial succulent herb, forming patterned cylindrical leaved rosette. The dark green leaves are cross-banded in light green, stiff and only reach about 4 inches (10 cm) long and curve inward lengthwise to forma groove. This interesting stemless plant travels' by means of above ground, spider like, stolons that grow to about 6 inches (15 cm), then sets down roots, creating a new plant. It may forms dense stands in age. Flowers are greenish white, about 1 inch (2.5 cm) long, clustered on a raceme to 6 inches (15 cm) long.

NATIVE: East Africa
This cactus will ship bare root and will be ready to place directly in a well draining soil mix like our Custom Cactus Mix.

If temperatures near you are below 45℉ we highly recommend adding a Heat Pack to your order.
If temperatures where you live will be much lower than 20℉ even heat packs may not work. You may consider waiting until things warm up a bit. We know you love your plants just like we do and we wouldn't want any of them to freeze.
